Raising money to support Unicef's work in Ukraine

We are so proud Adam Roney, Calls9 Founder & CEO, has cycled 220 miles and climbed over 19,000ft, raising money to support Unicef's fundraising efforts for Ukraine.

And, thanks to the support of 40 amazing people and businesses, and the £2,000 matched funding from Calls9, Adam met his goal and even exceeded it, raising £5,385.

Adam took up cycling during the pandemic, so he is still very new to this 'sport'. Riding for both the Struggle Dales and the Struggle Moors, was extremely challenging for him, but it was worth every mile of it.

This is not the first time Adam has raised significant money to support a charity. Last year Adam cycled 108 miles and climbed over 9,000 ft, raising £2,857 for Cancer Research UK. Meaning that Adam has raised a total of £8,242 over the last two years, supporting great causes.

We want to thank everyone who supported Adam's fundraising efforts. With this money, Unicef will help families in Ukraine access clean water, deliver medical supplies and improve access to healthcare. They will also increase the number of mobile child protection teams to ensure children have access to care and support. And also support and protect the millions of families who have fled Ukraine.

Thank you again.
